BT has commissioned and supported the creation of this inclusive design toolkit as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
At BT, we aim to help people communicate whether face to face, on the phone or via the internet. We believe that applying an inclusive design approach is good for business as well as for customers. We are proud of our reputation for developing products which can be used by all our customers, regardless of age or ability. From the introduction of our Converse range of phones back in 1992, aimed at both business and deaf and hard of hearing customers, we now offer a wide range of phones with accessible features.
