Stimulating the creative process

Many organisations have invested in training in the use of creative tools and techniques, a number of which are available and applicable to different situations.

Involving users or personas with capability losses in creative sessions can provide stimulus for the design team to think in new directions, potentially resulting in solutions that are useful to all users.
